Flower vase by Junko Shimomura
Flower vase by Junko Shimomura
<Flower vase>
A soft, rounded vase.
The natural look is created by carbonization firing.
After firing, this vase is soaked in roasted green tea, giving it a unique color.
Shimomura creates his pottery using only natural materials and does not use glazes.
Beeswax is also used to seal the water, so if you leave water in it for a few days, water lines may appear on the surface.
